What does my membership include?

Review the EMS360 Membership Agreement for your selected product’s benefits, eligibility and claim requirements.

When does my membership become effective?

Coverage is effective immediately after successful enrollment payment, with no waiting period.

How does renewal work?

Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellations and downgrades take effect on your next renewal date. Failed renewal payments have a 30-day grace period.
